Two-story modular stand-alone building consisting of sixteen classrooms and large open multi-purpose room. The multi-purpose room was constructed of split modules spliced together at the site to allow maximum ceiling height open area.
MARTIN LUTHER KING SCHOOL
PATERSON, NJ
One-story modular addition, consisting of ten classrooms.

CEDAR LANE SCHOOL
APPOQUINIMIK SCHOOL DISTRICT, DE
One-story, eight classroom, 8,000, square foot modular addition with pitched roof equipment screen around the perimeter.

Three story modular addition to a public school in New York City. The site built portion links the existing school to the modular addition, and contains a new elevator that links all new and existing floor levels.

Two-story modular building addition, with brick exterior consisting of twenty-four classrooms.

REDDING SCHOOL [Appoquinimik School District, DE]
One-story modular addition with brick exterior. The addition has six classrooms and a 3,000 square foot media center.

LOWER TOWNSHIP SCHOOL [Lower Township, NJ]
Multiple six, eight, and ten modular classrooms.

LITTLE FERRY SCHOOL [Little Ferry, NJ]
Two-story modular addition.

P.S. 148 [Queens, NY]
Three-story modular addition with brick exterior. The structure is supported on pile foundations. The first floor includes an open cafeteria requiring a system of moment frames to resist lateral loads. This building was designed with a new elevator to access all new and existing floor levels. This required special modules against the existing building to accommodate the different floor to floor heights.

P.S. 68 [Queens, NY]
Three-story modular addition with brick exterior. The structure contains tapered modules to allow the shifting of the connecting corridor. Additionally, sloped floors were provided in connecting modules to allow ADA Compliant access from the existing structure to the new modular addition.

Three-story modular addition to existing public school in New York City. The modular addition includes an open cafeteria on the first floor with classrooms above. A new elevator links all new and existing floor levels.

Three-story modular addition with brick exterior. The structure is supported on a pile foundation system.

EISENHOWER/WYCKOFF SCHOOLS [Wyckoff, NJ]
Multiple modular/site built additions. This project was designed in phases to allow distribution of expenses over time. The first floor was built in three phases and the second floor was built as a unit in the fourth phase.

BALTIMORE COUNTY SCHOOLS [Baltimore, MD]
11-6 to 8 classroom - one-story modular stand-alone structures. The modular layout was designed to allow for future relocation of the additions as demographics change.

BYRAM HILLS SCHOOL DISTRICT [Armonk, NY]
Coman Elementary School - two one-story classroom additions. This projects was built in two years to distribute expenses, yet provide space as required.
